Watching this as I am waiting for the pulled muscle in my lower back to heal. 😄
How is your back health brother now, me it's been a week since I pulled middle back muscles and Iam still PAIN AND STIF 😢
@@omnipotentalmost4145 Everything has healed man. Just rest up and try not to use your back much. These are mostly overuse injuries and also the fact that we don't stretch much. So stretch a lot and focus on your core. You will heal soon. Give it a month.
@@DrFlexit Happy to hear your healed man. Me I've never been in the gym.i do calisthenics and squats only, the Injury was due to a sudden weight squat like 10 kg, I did it somehow rapidly and without warmup... That is not fair lol,... I've never injured my back
@@omnipotentalmost4145 I see. Warm up and stretches are very essential man. Always warm up and stretch. But the core must be strong. Most painful stuff happen because of weak core.
@@DrFlexiti hitted my myscles hard and its still tender after 2 month pain is very minor only on stretching too many times

I do plyo using palms no problems. I have foot ladder footballs on grass. I went thru the ladder with palms, in and out the ladders OK. THEN I GOT AN IDEA. I did it with the fists I PUNCHED in & out of the rungs(14 rungs). My arms, back, chest was extreme tight for a month a couple years ago. The doctor didn't see any tears from the ligaments. I used to 20 pullups, I can only do 3 now. Seeing this. I believe I destroyed the cells. From out of the rungs I pressed up from outside of the rung into the rung with A PUNCH IN THE GRASS to get out of the rung.
